Once Upon a Farm set out to soft launch into the UK market, building brand awareness, encouraging product trial, and establishing momentum with target audiences and media. The objective was to introduce the brand to UK consumers, creating opportunities for discovery and engagement while building its presence across consumer and trade media.
We developed an integrated launch strategy combining influencer partnerships, community engagement and targeted media activity to introduce OUAF to UK audiences and build early brand momentum. Partnering with a mix of nano, micro, mid-tier and macro influencers helped drive reach and relevance, while targeted events and gifting created opportunities to build awareness and encourage product trial within local parenting communities.
Research-led stories tapped into wider culturally relevant moments and the parenting conversation, creating opportunities to position OUAF within topics that mattered to its target audience. Alongside this, we drove media trialling and product placement to support product discovery and advocacy, while securing interviews for Jennifer Garner with top-tier media targets to further raise the brand’s profile.
We also built OUAF’s presence within the trade press, securing interviews for John to discuss the brand’s background, growth journey and UK launch, alongside sharing the announcement of its arrival in the UK with trade media.
