OUR INCLUSION AND BELONGING PLEDGE

  • Inclusion is building an environment where diversity flourishes, at Bound to Prosper we commit to inclusion with this pledge.  
  • We promote positivity, inclusion and a place where everyone can feel equal and everyone has a voice. 
  • This pledge is to stop misrepresentation of people, to ensure we are accountable and so we prioritise inclusion, so everyone feels like they belong. 
  • We as individuals at Bound to Prosper, have often said in the past that we stand on the side of equality and inclusivity, we will be upfront and transparent with the steps we’re taking to make diversity, inclusivity, and representation our number-one priority. 
  • We believe in diverse talent, motivations and cultural relevance. Our values mean we celebrate what’s important to each member of our team culturally and commit to acknowledging key celebrations as a united team.
  • We believe in acceptance, respect and recognition of differences regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, family status, religious belief, cognitive difference or beliefs. 
  • All staff are equal in review of pay, promotion, opportunities, progression, needs and training with the agency.  
  • When hiring we require recruiters and CV submissions to not specify any personal details to reduce unconscious bias. 
  • Inclusion is part of our agency culture and we will hold regular open discussions and learning opportunities for the team to understand and adopt this pledge in the truest form, so it is embedded in the agency.
